Ascendshine Tech provides digital educational services including online internship programs, study materials, and certification services. As these are digital services that are delivered instantly upon registration/purchase, they fall under the category of non-refundable digital goods.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital service delivery, all payments made for internship programs, courses, or certificates are non-refundable once the service has been accessed or digital materials have been delivered.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your participation in the internship program at any time by contacting us. However, no refunds will be provided for any fees already paid.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances only:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Amount charged is different from the published price
- Service was not delivered due to our technical failure
