By accessing and using the Ascendshine Tech Internship Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Internship Program

Our internship program is a 30-day online learning experience. Participants will receive study materials, complete tasks, and work on a final project. Certificate issuance is subject to satisfactory completion of requirements.

3. Eligibility

The internship is open to anyone interested in learning IT skills. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

• Complete tasks within the specified timeframe
• Submit original work only (plagiarism is strictly prohibited)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Communicate respectfully with staff and other participants

5. Certificate Issuance

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of at least 75% of tasks and approval of the final project. Certificate delivery is via email/WhatsApp and is subject to admin approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Ascendshine Tech. You may not redistribute or sell these materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ascendshine Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
